Job Description

Faststream are looking to speak with both experienced and aspiring HR Business Partners for a new role to join a world leading international shipping business in the West of London. Due to internal growth and promotion my Client are looking to make a key hire to focus on general HR and Employee Relations.

In this exciting new role you will assists the Head of HR in the roll out of strategic HR / Business projects, influencing the commercial nature of the business while contributing to the day to day HR operations. You will lead Employee Relations for the business, advising on areas such as grievances, disciplinary actions, terminations and sickness absence inline with UK employment legislation.

Candidates for this position will be driven HR professionals with experience working in small teams who can partner with a business on a senior level. You will have a diverse background within Employee Relations; including dealing with terminations, redundancies, and delicate investigations and employees consultations under UK employment legislation. You will be CIPD qualified and pride yourself on your strong relationship building skills.
