In the role of Head of Marine Support, you’ll lead the Marine Support Team in ensuring the condition and availability of the company’s vessels and shore side infrastructure.

Your experience will enable you to appreciate the requirements needed to deliver a busy, multi-faceted marine and shoreside operation, ensuring continual focus on both our customer experience and delivery of our operational strategy. As such, you will probably be an experienced marine engineer who has held a valid Certificate of Competency (minimum Class 2) with relevant sea-going experience, ideally in a senior role, and has subsequent shore-based management experience, or have significant relevant experience in a similar field. You’ll thrive in a busy and demanding environment that puts team spirit and trust at the heart of its culture, and your management style will be consistent, balanced and genuine.

We run a highly complex, multi-site operation, with 7 vessels currently in service and over 550 members of staff across all locations. This requires an individual who has a strong track record in working cohesively within a large operational team.
