Due to a steady growth of vessels into management a position as Vessel Manager is opened in the office in The Netherlands (Goes).

As Vessel Manager you will be responsible for the technical management of an assigned number of vessels. You will ensure that the Owner’s policies are implemented, and that the vessels are operated in accordance to Flag and Class regulations. You will also be responsible for ensuring strict budget control and that vessel efficiency is maximised. Further you are responsible for the day to day operation of the vessel, repairs and drydock planning.

Applicants should have sailed as a Chief Engineer or holding a Chief Engineers License and progressed into a shore based role as a Technical Superintendent or Ship/VesselManager. Vessel Managers holding a Naval Architect Degree are also invited to apply.


It is essential that you hold the existing right to live and work in The Netherlands.

To be considered for this post, you will have a professional attitude, proven management experience and possess an appreciation of technical & commercial engineering.You must hold a Class 1 CoC as Chief Engineer and have extensive experience working within shipping.
