Faststream's client is a leading provider of commercial Marine solutions for Communications, Navigation, Safety, Security, Welfare and Support. They provide commercial maritime communications and also provide personal satellite communication products and services.Due to continued growth they require a Regional Sales Manager for the West of UK.
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for bringing sales and orders to the business over the top of the service activities undertaken by the Regional Office's they represent. The post holder will be charged with developing customers and business opportunities within their region, and influencing customers at a higher level than the engineering team.
Candidate Experience:
*Relevant and recent marine electronics domain knowledge and experience regarding the technology on board ships is essential.
*Technical knowledge and competency, able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of the Regulations surrounding the Marine industry as well as a broad knowledge of electronics products.
*Previous experience selling into the marine industry.
*Must have the right to live and work in the UK
*Ideally someone geographically based in Bristol or Liverpool
