Shore Excursions Development Manager - Cruise Shorebased

The Company

I am currently working in partnership with an expanding Cruise company, and have an exciting opportunity for a Shore Excursions Development Manager to be based in the Head Office.

The Role

As Shore Excursions Development Manager you will be responsible for developing tour products, and managing the shore excursions programme for your designated geographical regions.

Your key responsibilities will include:

-Procuring tour programs to meet seasonal deadlines
-Managing relationships with tour operators
-Negotiating with suppliers
-Continuously improving the shorex product offered

The ideal candidate will have:

-Existing experience as Shore Excursions Manager / Tour Operator
-Shorebased experience developing tours / shore excursions products
-Strong negotiation skills
-Excellent budgeting and management experience
-Fluent English language skills, additional languages would be of benefit
-The existing right to live and work in the EU
