Position Summary

As an integral part of the operations team, this position will coordinate the logistics of assets to include: support vessels, mooring masters, and tankers.

Major Responsibilities

Execute day-to-day operational activities in order to ensure optimal utilization of the fleet of tankers, support vessels, and mooring masters:

*Schedule and arrange the efficient use of support craft, equipment and Mooring Masters
*Coordinate travel of essential personal to/from operations (Mooring Masters)
*Track and import data in commercial scheduling tool necessary to ensure proper and expedient freight invoicing.
*Schedule and plan for MM approvals both internally and externally
*Schedule and plan for MM simulator and various training
*Communicate with customer regarding weather conditions and convey possible delays
*Review and code invoices regarding voyage related costs.
*Update and maintain customer and vessel operational files.
*Rotate with the commercial team members to allow out of hours coverage of all commercial activities.
*Plan and execute client meetings and marketing events
*Attend industry seminars and events as required by the Manager of Commercial Operations
*Treats HSE and the company values as number one priority
*Perform other operational duties as required.

In cooperation with the commercial team this position will help develop and maintain business relationships with existing customers, potential customers, owners, operators and brokers. This position will also represent the company at Company and industry functions and seminars.

*Bachelor's degree and two years related work experience or a B.S. in maritime studies
*Operational knowledge of the petroleum industry is preferred.
