Procurement to Pay Administrator- Part-time - Portsmouth - P2P System experience


Faststream are working closely with a global Aerospace company based in Portsmouth. The client is looking for a part-time Procurement specialist to work alongside the Pay Administrator based in their Portsmouth office.

Our client is looking for a proactive individual to be responsible for the P2P administrative role. Main responsibilities will include using systems such as Raise Purchase Requisitions (PRs) with the Procure to Pay (P2P) system. Maintaining records, reporting and participating in all aspects of the companies customer base. You will prominently be dealing with internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as having the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly. Previous P2P or SAP experience is desirable for this role as well as having knowledge of the aerospace and global security background.

There is also potential for the successful candidate to progress within the company.
