Petrofac is recruiting for a Deck Supervisor / Stand up Master for the Irish Sea Pioneer (ISP) working a 2/2/2/2/2/3 rota

The ISP is a Self-Propelled Operation Support Vessel (4 leg jack-up) which operates in Liverpool Bay, UK.

The Deck Supervisor / Stand-Up Master is responsible for the bridge operations (nights) and deck operations (days) on the ISP. They will also fill the role of Master with responsibility for the ISP deck department when the rota requires. Petrofac are looking for a candidate with experience in the offshore industry, including Deck Foreman/Bosun and as Officer of the Watch. This should include experience on lift boats, jack-up rigs or supply vessels.

The successful candidate will have a Certificate of Competency as Chief Mate (STCW95 II/2) and at least 36 months sea service as OOW or 24 months if 12 months sea service has been served as Chief Mate. The candidate will also hold a valid ENG1.

It would be preferable if the candidate also holds OGUK Medical and BOSIET plus Fire Team Leader, HLO, Dangerous Goods by Sea and Air, Lifeboat Coxswain and Banksman Slinger certification.
